Dear friends,
It is with a heavy heart that we share our decision to retire from the Pearl Dragon.
After much reflection, we have chosen to sell the restaurant and will no longer be involved in its day-to-day operations.
However, we are grateful to share that the Pearl Dragon will continue to thrive under new leadership, serving this wonderful community we hold so dear.
From all of us (Linda, Jimmy, John, and Steve) – we want to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support, friendship, and loyalty.
It truly humbles us to know that through this family restaurant, we’ve created countless memories and connections.
When our father opened the Pearl Dragon in 1978, I don’t think he ever imagined we would still be here, 45 years later, stronger than ever.
Our last day at the restaurant will be October 27th, and we’re excited to see the new Pearl Dragon open its doors on October 30th.
